  • been sleeping better. Going on a few days without major morning headaches. Still can't pinpoint what helps and what doesn't. Need more data. Sleep duration still matters. Not whole lot but for me 6 hours is a minimum requirement. Taking creatine (10g) in the morning seems to help.
  • been eating junk too much. Need to get back to healthy eating.
  • been playing more with AI for coding. Making some progress.
  • I am working on improving my prompt skills.
  • Cooper's been acting strange lately. I am guessing it's part of getting old. He's becoming a bit clingy which I don't mind too much. He now sleeps with me most nights. Not sure if it's due to the recent earthquake swarms.
